At the end of each calendar year, the books will be available to all the partners through a confidential code. All the winnings from the races will be calculated and credited. Functioning costs (training, racing costs, travel, transportation, wages, etc) will automatically be deducted from total winnings and the remainder of the winnings will be split among all of our Partners. The amount distributed to each partner will be credited to the bank account of your choice.

Yearly dues:

          - Annual payment is required by the 10th of January of each year.
          - The number of Partners is limited.
          - First year membership: 1 950€, or $ 3 000, A$ 3 300, £ 1 450 or 354.682 Yen.
          - The second year and the following years: 450 €, or $ 620, A$ 720, £ 310 or 72.400 Yen.
